Completely renovated unit at 917 NW 3rd Ave in Fort Lauderdale. New flooring runs throughout, with fresh white baseboards and ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is new — white shaker cabinets, speckled solid-surface counters, stainless sink with pull-down faucet, and a vent hood. Both bathrooms are brand new: one with a marble-look tiled tub and shower, the other with a walk-in shower, mosaic pebble floor, and a recessed niche, both finished with matte black fixtures. Bedrooms are bright corner rooms with large windows and good closet space. Private entry, central A/C, central location just off Sistrunk — minutes to I-95, downtown, and Las Olas.
